Discount Policy

Discount Policy

  • Sibling discounts:

    • Oldest: Earlybird discount

    • Second child: 20% discount

    • Third child: 40% discount

    • Additional children: 50% discount

  • All discounts are applicable for full-term payments only.

  • Families who refer a new student may receive $50 off their next term’s tuition once the referred student enrols for full term and payment has been received.

 

Cancellation & Credit Policy
1.    General Cancellation

  • Tuition fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced.

  • Credits may be issued only in cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical leave, must produce medical certificate), at the discretion of management.

2.    Credit for Missed Classes

  • Credits may only be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as medical leave (with a valid medical certificate), and are

  • granted solely at the discretion of management.

  • Students may attend a make-up class (where available) within the same term.

3.    Holiday Course Policy

  • Holiday program fees are strictly non-refundable once booked, due to limited seating and preparation costs.

  • Transfers to another program may be permitted if requested at least five business days before the course begins.

Student Duties Policy

To ensure a positive and productive learning environment, all students are expected to follow the duties outlined below:

Attendance & Punctuality

  • Arrive to class on time and be ready to learn.

  • Notify the centre in advance if unable to attend a lesson.

  • Regular attendance is required to ensure steady progress.

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring students are brought to the centre on time and collected promptly after class.

  • The centre is not responsible for students who miss classes due to lateness or absence.

  • If high school students leave the centre to purchase lunch or for any other reason, the centre does not take responsibility for them during that time.

  • ​The centre is not responsible for any students once they leave the premises after class.

  • Primary school students are not permitted to leave the centre unsupervised. They must be collected by a parent or guardian. If parents are running late, the centre is not responsible for waiting with students after their class has finished, and a fee may be charged if staff are required to wait beyond centre hours.

Classroom Behaviour

  • Show respect to teachers, classmates, and staff at all times.

  • Follow teacher instructions and remain focused during lessons.

  • Keep mobile phones and electronic devices switched off or on silent during class, unless required for learning.

Learning Responsibilities

  • Complete all classwork, assignments, and homework on time.

  • Actively participate in class discussions and activities.

  • Bring all necessary materials, including textbooks, devices, and stationery, to each lesson.

Respect for Property

  • Take care of classroom furniture, learning resources, and equipment.

  • Keep the classroom neat and tidy.

  • Use college devices responsibly (if borrowed).

Assessment & Academic Integrity

  • Attempt all quizzes, tests, and exams honestly and to the best of your ability.

  • Do not engage in plagiarism, copying, or cheating.

  • Take responsibility for reviewing feedback and working on areas of improvement.

Technology & Online Learning

  • Bring a personal device (laptop or iPad with keyboard attachment) for lessons.

  • Practise typing regularly to improve speed and accuracy.

  • Submit electronic tasks through Google Classroom on time.

  • If borrowing a device, pay the required fee and use it responsibly.
